Honor Electronic Unveils 3200W Titanium Power Supply, Compact Design Tailored for High-Density Rack Servers

Preface

As AI computing clusters continue to expand, high-wattage, high-efficiency server power supplies have become a core consideration in data center selection. Recently, Honor Electronic introduced the AC3212TCAM1 redundant server power supply module, equipped with 3200W high power output and achieved 80PLUS Titanium certification, which precisely meets the power demands of high-density racks.

Featuring a compact 1U design, the AC3212TCAM1 delivers a rated output power of 3200W. It supports wide-range global input voltage of 100–127V and 200–240Vac, with a rated input current of 16A. Its energy efficiency performance is particularly outstanding: under 230V operation, efficiency reaches 87.97% at 5% load, 92.86% at 10% load, 95.25% at 20% load, 96.04% at 50% load, and 94.58% at full load, achieving an average efficiency of approximately 93.34%. With no-load input power consumption as low as 20.32W, it has successfully earned the 80PLUS Titanium certification. On the DC side, the power supply adopts a 12V main bus complemented by a 12Vsb standby output, ensuring maximized power supply stability.

This power supply is particularly well-suited for applications such as rack servers, storage devices, and high-computing nodes that rely on centralized 12V power supply and operate under prolonged high-load conditions. Combining 3.2kW high power density with low conversion loss, it effectively reduces thermal pressure within the rack, providing a stable and highly efficient power foundation for both new and retrofitted data centers, thereby contributing to the optimization of PUE metrics.
