Honor Electronic's Quality Campaign Successfully Held

Recently, Suzhou Yundian, a subsidiary of Honor Electronic, carried out a three-month Quality campaign around the theme of "Quality Builds the Foundation, Craftsmanship Reaches Far." The campaign advanced systematically across multiple dimensions, including employee participation, standards building, problem solving, process quality, and customer satisfaction — engaging everyone from management to frontline employees and covering the entire workflow from system building to on-site execution, embedding "Doing It Right the First Time" into every process and "Quality First" into every decision.

Building a Full-Process Quality Control System

This Quality Campaign took standardization as its core focus, systematically establishing a quality control system covering the entire chain of in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and engineering management — turning experience into systems and systems into habits. On the in-process inspection front, the Company strengthened standardized IPQC in-process inspection procedures for SMT/DIP lines. On the finished product inspection front, it updated the integrated OQC/OBA/ORT operating specifications, unifying inspection, sampling, and reliability testing standards. On the engineering management front, it completed the release of multi-position engineer operation management specifications and standard SOP versions, established data tracking and performance-linked mechanisms, and drove high consistency between on-site operations and standards — reducing human deviation at the source and ensuring unified quality standards with fully implemented execution.

Deepening the Core Processes of AI Server Power Supplies

Today, the rapid growth in GPU computing power drives continues increase in AI server power and energy consumption, placing higher demands on the reliability and quality of server power supplies. As a leading enterprise in the switching power supply industry, Honor Electronic is actively seizing the opportunities presented by the industry's technological revolution, maintaining technological leadership while building core product competitiveness through stringent quality standards. Building on the standardization system, the Quality Month campaign further focused on the core processes of AI server power supplies. On the one hand, the Company established a "Discovery–Rectification–Review–Consolidation" quality closed-loop mechanism, with a focus on tracking problem closure rates and standardization audit compliance. On the other hand, it conducted special audits and case reviews on high-risk links such as OQC first-article inspection and ORT reliability testing, comprehensively improving product reliability and consistency and laying a solid quality foundation for the rapid development of its AI server power supply business.
